- Holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry
- Held a part-time faculty position at The Ohio State College of Dentistry for 14 years where he treated patients with mental and physical challenges
- Participates in “Special Smiles” at the Special Olympics
- Enjoys downhill skiing and ATV riding with his family at Wayne National Forest
- Has a 1967 Chevelle show car. Dr. Lordo and his father Bill Lordo restored this classic together when he was at Brookfield High School near Youngstown, Ohio
